Directdresses.com Voted Best in Northern Ireland!

Local West Belfast company Directdresses.com has been voted the best bridal retailer in Northern Ireland.  The company owned by Shauna and Stephen Gibson was started just over two years ago to provide the modern bride high quality, stylish wedding attire at affordable prices with top class service.  The company fought off competition from over 100 other retailers in Northern Ireland to scoop the top prize.  The prize was voted for by the brides of the Getting Married in Northern Ireland magazine since November 05.

A beautiful Tyrone Crystal trophy was presented to Directdresses.com by Linda Bryans and Mike Nesbitt in recognition of their contribution to making the weddings of Northern Ireland couples extra special.  This is the first year of the awards and the ceremony was a glittering gala awards ceremony held in the Stormont Hotel, Belfast, on Saturday night, November 18.

Shauna Gibson says “we are delighted at our success and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who voted for us.  We ultimately have our brides to thank for our success.  We are delighted to have played a part in making many brides big day special within Belfast and throughout the rest of Northern Ireland.  We will continue to provide great products, at great prices with great service.”

The company which opened its second store in Derry this year also makes its own exclusive dresses under its label Dreams.  This is the second award that they have received for recognition of there efforts having scooped the ‘Excellence in entrepreneurship award” in October at the Belfast business awards.
